What do our educators do?

Our early learning educators create warm, safe spaces to help children grow and learn. They set up engaging learning spaces and actively supervise and play alongside the children. Throughout every activity, educators will help children to:

  • Explore, be curious and make decisions about what they do.
  • Develop confidence and resilience, encouraging them to try again if things don’t work out the first time.
  • Interact positively with others and learn skills like sharing, communication and taking turns.
  • Our educators also support children’s individual routines and help them reach important milestones like crawling, balancing, climbing, walking.

What do our Early Childhood teachers do?

Our early childhood teachers deliver 3-and 4-year-old kindergarten programs.

This involves planning structured learning programs that help children develop:

  • Positive social and emotional skills
  • Confidence and curiosity
  • A sense of self-awareness and independence
  • Skills like early literacy, numeracy, problem solving and creativity skills

Our teachers also track milestones, spot when extra support might help, and keep families in the loop every step of the way. This helps to prepare children for success at school and beyond.
